Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by DependaPro Burleson Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Services Provided

DependaPro Burleson Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care and maintenance, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree trimming and removal, sod installation, outdoor lighting, drainage solutions, seasonal cleanups, commercial landscaping, mulching, and artificial turf installation. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive at scheduled times. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require us to reschedule services. We will notify you as soon as possible if a reschedule is necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For ongoing maintenance services, payment may be arranged on a monthly or seasonal basis. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Any disputes regarding billing must be raised within 30 days of receiving an invoice.

Property Access and Condition

You agree to provide clear access to the areas where services will be performed. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and ensuring gates are accessible. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hidden features on your property. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly marked features. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property during service but are not liable for damage to fragile or improperly maintained landscaping elements.

Liability and Insurance

DependaPro Burleson Landscaping carries liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature, pre-existing conditions, or issues arising from previous work done by others. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue. Plant materials come with a limited warranty subject to proper care and maintenance. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing for installation projects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, extreme weather, pests, disease, or improper maintenance.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. If you have requested specific work and circumstances change during the project, we will communicate with you about any necessary adjustments to the scope or cost. Additional work beyond the original agreement will require your approval before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

All landscape designs, plans, and creative work produced by DependaPro Burleson Landscaping remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a license to implement the design on your property. You may not share, sell, or reproduce our designs without written permission.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Burleson, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
